Buderim is on a hill, with lots of trees. Consequently many houses in Buderim are built on steep land, with leaves that end up in the gutters. This house is a typical example. The high end is 3 storeys high, and the gutters were so thick with leaves that plants were growing in them. In fact a whole colony of ferns had entrenched themselves in a corner. We recommend cleaning your gutters more frequently!
