Metal roofs come in different profiles and pitches. This roof at Little Mountain has a Trimdek profile, which can take longer to clean than the standard corrugated profile. But the pitch is almost flat, making it much easier to clean than a roof with a steep pitch. In any case the end result is the same – a dirty roof becomes a clean roof. We had two pressure wands running to clean this roof, and we cleaned the gutters and solar panels too. After the clean it not only looks great, but will extend the life of the roof by reducing the chance of rust starting and taking hold. Roof cleaning is essential maintenance that needs to be done regularly.
