When you live in an apartment or townhouse, a small courtyard might be your only back yard, so you definitely want to keep it looking good and well maintained. The courtyard at this townhouse at Maroochydore served as the backyard family who live here, who used it for relaxation and recreation. The concrete floor was black with grime, and very slippery when wet. The timber stairs were also slippery, and the pavers were an unsightly mess. Working in a confined space, we cleaned the concrete, stairs and pavers, leaving them fresh and clean, and no more slip hazard.
