Pelican Waters is a nice place, just south of Caloundra. It has plenty of water, greenery and wildlife. On the day we cleaned the roof on this house the sky was grey, and the rain stopped and started all day. Even though the roof didn’t look completely dirty, just some patches of dirt and grime, once the clean started you could see a layer of grime covering the entire roof was being cleaned off. Once we finished the roof, gutters and solar panels, the shiny clean gleam was obvious.
